AGBs Children Classes
1. Participation & Health
Anyone can participate in the swimming lessons, provided there are no health concerns. By registering, you confirm that your child is free from contagious diseases and physically fit at the start of the course. In case of doubt, please consult your pediatrician. Any physical and/or health limitations relevant to the course must be communicated to the course instructor.
2. Registration and Data Protection
Registration constitutes a contract that obligates the payment of course fees. By registering your child, you automatically acknowledge the participation terms. Furthermore, by registering, you confirm that you have received, read, and accepted the information sheet about the swimming lessons. Submitting the registration form does not entitle participation. The registrant will receive a binding confirmation of registration before the course starts. Short-term changes to course times, instructors, and locations are reserved and do not entitle withdrawal from the contract. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the course provider reserves the right to withdraw from the contract. Any course fee already paid will then be refunded in full.
Bookings made via the sports4fun GmbH website are binding. Personal data will be electronically processed and stored for internal use, treated confidentially, and used for the purpose of conducting the event, but not shared with third parties.
3. Payment of Course Fees / Deadlines
The course fee can be found in the respective course descriptions. The full course fee must be transferred to the account of Sports4fun GmbH no later than 7 days before the course starts.

At the latest, the course fee must be paid by the first day of the course. If payment is not received on time, the course spot may be given to another participant. The obligation to pay remains in effect.
4. Withdrawal
Withdrawal from course participation is only possible by written notification.
- up to 3 weeks before the start of the course: free of charge
- up to 14 days before the start of the course: 50% of the course fee will be charged
- up to 7 days before the start of the course: 75% of the course fee will be charged
- from 7 days before the start of the course or in case of no-show: the full course fee is due
The cancellation must be made in writing. The participant will receive a written confirmation of cancellation. In case of course withdrawal after the start of the course, no refund will be granted. The participant bears the resulting loss.
5. Cancellations
If course sessions have to be canceled at short notice due to illness of the instructor or other reasons beyond the organizer's control, the participant is only entitled to a refund of the already paid course fees for the respective session(s), minus a processing fee of €50, and not for the entire course. If a course is canceled due to under-enrollment, the course fee for the missed sessions will be refunded. Any further claims are excluded. Missed sessions by participants, regardless of the reason, will not be refunded or rescheduled.
6. Liability
Participation is at your own risk. All exercises within the selected course are voluntary. Participants must follow the instructions of the instructors. Each participant is fully responsible for their actions, both during and outside of the course. Each participant is liable for any damage caused by them to the premises where the course takes place, to other participants, or to visitors. Being at the swimming pool is at your own risk. Each participant is fully responsible for themselves and their actions and is liable for any damages caused, holding the organizer free from any liability claims. Parents are liable for their children. The organizer, sports4fun, is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, such as clothing, valuables, money, or other personal property. This limitation of liability does not apply to liability for intentional acts or gross negligence.
7. House Rules
The house rules of the swimming pool must be followed. The pool may only be entered in the presence of the course instructor. In the case of violations, the participant may be excluded from the course. In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund of the course fee.

Missed sessions by participants, regardless of the reason, will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Possibility of Course Interruption
Should a course be interrupted again, as in March and November 2020 due to the Corona pandemic, by an official closure of the pool, the course will continue upon reopening of the pool on the same course day and at the same course time as it began, and all remaining course sessions will be postponed. This also applies to booked courses that cannot start as planned due to a closure and will be postponed by the number of weeks of the closure.
6. Liability
The course provider is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of the course instructor. The course provider is not liable for damages and injuries caused or suffered by the participant that occur before and after the lesson, nor for injuries, accidents, and damages to other pool guests and pool facilities. Furthermore, the course provider is not liable for theft. Course participation and use of the pool are at the participant's own risk.
